Mindfulness Moments
Short mindfulness exercises can be helpful when you find yourself in the midst of challenging and exciting times.
Below are three very short mindfulness practices you may find helpful as you prepare for final exams.
Find the guided exercise that you like best and listen to it:
1. Before you sit down to study.
2. When you find yourself getting antsy.
3. Instead of getting up and going to the kitchen to eat snacks.
4.When you are feeling overly stressed.
5.If you are having difficulty concentrating.
You will find these exercises helpful to stay on task, reclaim focus, and reduce stress.
